Hi friends, i’m so sorry my site been long time never update. My company was participating on the IPMEX ’07 Exhibition Putra World Trade Centre, so we had to set up & stanby for these few days started from last Friday till today(Monday).
It was so busy and i couldn’t get a good or enough time to rest, sometimes feel abit moody after doing some mistake. Before the exhibition, we used 2 days to set up our booth & the progress wasn’t running so smooth.
Firstly, the Samsung LCD TV 40″ we bought (RM5499) at SenQ Sunway Pyramid had send an Old Stocks or a display unit to us! My boss was very angry (me too) because we paid cash for a new unit, not the old stock! The scracthes can be clearly seen & the ports was dusty too!! At night (abt 8pm) we tried to call their branches but there is no reply or pick-up from them, Walao eh~ i’ve call them 5 times & reply yet!! So we asked one of our staff drive to the branches immedietly & get their store manager to speak to the phone.
My first phrase is :”Where is all of your staffs gone liao? why nobody pick-up the damn phone?!”
Manager:”Oh, sorry sir can i help u?”
Me:”Yes! Because i want to make a COMPLAIN!!!” (Yes, the water boiled oledi!)
So during the conversation with the manager, he want to investigate first. But i refuse ’cause your are giving me an old stocks and i had no time fooling arround with ya! (by the way, we received the TV just 4 days only) Lastly he said he will get back to me asap or the next day, but i will visit your HQ next day!!(speak in my mind)
I got to solved the problem after i spoken to a person in-charged at their HQ, then the new sets of LCD was sent to our booth on afternoon.
